Payment Methods


To book any one of our courses we require 50% of the course price as a deposit to secure your place on the course. The remaining balance to be paid before the course starts on the day of the course commencement date.  There are two methods of payment:

Debit/Credit Cards – We accept most Debit/Credit cards. All Debit cards carry an extra 35p charge regardless of the sale value. All credit cards carry an extra 3% charge on top of the sale value.

Direct Debit – If you prefer you can start paying off the cost of the course in advance to make it easy for you. If so, we can set up a Direct Debit instruction to take the require amount of equal payments from your chosen bank account on your chosen date for each month.

Cheque Payment – A cheque will be accepted for a deposit ONLY as long as we receive it two weeks before the course start date. We do not accept a cheque as payment for the remaining balance that may have to be paid on the day of your course start date. In this instance we would accept either cash or card payment as above.

Course Cancellation – A Full Refund of your deposit will be given less any nominal card charges should you wish to cancel the course. We require notice of your wish to cancel the course either in writing via email or by telephone anytime as long as it’s no less than one week before the course commencement date. Alternatively, we can be flexible and arrange an alternative start date for your chosen course.
